Broke is GOOD!
Yeah, thank goodness I didn’t bring any money with me tonight.
I’m absolutely starving and if I had money on me- the vending machine would have to be re-stocked in the morning. And yes, I ate a nice healthy caprese salad tonight for lunch about 11PM. But I need MEAT!!!! AND/OR Chocolate. And LOTS of it.
WHY is it that when It’s “THAT” time of the month, I go into starvation mode?
I mean i would eat stuff i would NEVER let near my body otherwise. Eggplant, tofu, eggplant, rhubarb, soy-shakes……..Right now I might even try some foriegn delicacies.
On the bright side- I only have 4 more hours to go and I can go home where there is healthy food to eat. Eggs, salads, grilled chicken, eggs, ……(I know I keep repeating some foods, but that’s just to make a point….eggplant I DETEST- and EGGS I LOVE!!!)…..and did I mention chicken?
Has anyone ever eaten a grilled chicken breat and scrambled eggs for breakfast before?

You KNOW…..theres a fox and some cute little bunnies that roam around here at night…and a fully stocked kitchen in the building. Bunny dumplins sound AWFULLY GOOD right now!!
OMG- WHAT am I SAYING?????????? Ignore that last bit about the bunnies and the fox. See what happens when I get hungry? But I would give an arm and possibly a leg for a bit of grilled chicken right now.
Maybe I should go distract myself with a walk now. …….if anyone is awake at this ungodly hour- and has any suggestions other than walking it off and drinking water(I’ve drank so much water tonight already I’m about to throw up trying to get rid of this hungry feeling!!)PLEASE comment and let me know what it is!!!

LOL about being broke — so true! Have you ever tried egg whites? They’re lower in calories and much more healthier for you! I hear ya’ about eggplant though, I’m not a fan either. About the water, have you tried Cristal Light? It’s 0 calories and good alternative in a 25 ot 30 of. bottle of water to make is less ‘blah’. I drink Raspberry flavored water once a while. I drink about 80 to 100 fl. oz of water a day, so it DOES get boring. Good job on the food ,especially grilled chicken! Keep it up!
This is only my suggestion..please feel free to ignore it…but you do need protein in your diet. Its really important that you bring something you can snack on later in the day. I usta have that problem. My day starts at 5, then I go to work at 7. By 11am I eat my lunch. but later on in the day I am starving, but my family doesn’t eat dinner until about 6:30 cause we always wait for my daddy to get home before we eat dinner. I found that if i bring a little snackto munch on in the afternoon (nuts, raisins, banana, pear, celery and peanut butter) I am not as hungry when I get home, so I dont want to dive into my brothers yummy bag of doritos..
With me, around that time of the month, I find it hard to eat anything, unless I force myself to. Sometimes I can go a whole day w/o anything, but now that I’m eating frequently, I cant let that happen. I have to watch the clock like a hawk. Speaking of which, I have to go eat in 10 min. Though, I dont feel like it lol.
